If you want to play top lane STOP expecting ganks

Chances are you will rarely get them, if any at all. Dragon is more important than some silly tank/bruiser stomp fest. After I about level 4 you're on your own. This is coming from a top lane main too. Especially if you're a tank. There's 0 reason for junglers to gank for you. With the way the game is now you're useless outside of your CC anyway. Not to mention the game is basically run by adcs when there isn't an assassin to put them in their place.

This goes double for you Tryndamere %%%s. You can go 0/8 the first 10 minutes and still be the most annoying person ever

Sometimes ganking for your Riven top means she can carry your team.

As a top lane main I couldn't agree more. Your goal up there is to distract the enemy jungler, not distract your own.

I will stop expecting ganks from my jungler when I can stop expecting the enemy jungler to gank me. I'm getting 100-0 tower dove by their top, jungle, and mid at lvl 9. You may think there's 0 reason to gank for me, but I have a feeling you'll think differently when you have a Fed Fiora to deal with because the enemy jungler doesn't buy into your hypothesis.
