SpongebobIsLife1 votesYeah, I agree with this guy. It's due to both. He's severely outclassed by most supports, and the only thing he is really good for is his ult. It's really the only thing that sets him apart from the other supports. You also have to look at his pick rate, it is lower than any other champion released. That should tell you that the community is overwhelmingly unhappy with the way he turned out.
