Luchador Mundo skin

Since Riot didn't have the good sense to tell us why they made a skin for a champion who still looks like he's from season 1 cost 1350 RP:

The Q changes the object Mundo is holding every time you throw it.

Now, that alone doesn't justify the price, so they added a recall animation and changed his W just a little, but they felt like that was enough to boost the price up to 1350.

Seems like an effect that should be part of all of Mundo's skins, if not including his default. Why not throw phones and coffee mugs as well as a suitcase?
