Why can't duo's pick each others roles?
If I'm with a friend, and we want to duo bot supp/adc why cant my primary be supp secondary bot and his be primary bot secondary supp? This is the only way to ensure that we get to lane together.

Because obviously Riot has some unsupported bias against people who would like to play a single role rather than gamble for one of two, and thus we have new draft pick.
