Calling someone salty after you lose is about the saltiest thing you can do
Like, if you lose a game and surrender at 20 and then call an enemy salty, you might need a doctor because you are overdosing on NaCl.

Depends... is the enemy ACTUALLY being a sore winner? If so, then it might actually be justified.
Although, to be honest, I've never really understood calling people salty at all, the term just seems kind of stupid to me.
