Can we please ban rage quits/afks more severly?

Just lost a game that was almost 100% sure win because I accidentally stole blue instead of giving it to our mid lane Fizz, like what kind of bullshit is that? Are people this much of cry babys that if they don't get what they want all the time that they quit?

Please punish people who rage quit like this Fizz more harshly its pretty fucking bullshit.
