Can We Lower The Price of Runes and Rune Pages?

A lot of Runes are still really expensive and so are Rune Pages, for something that is so important for the game it seems a bit silly that they cost so much IP. Runes and Rune Pages are extremely important and while you can get by with 4 or 5 pages, this really limits your champion pool or really limits your overall effectiveness with those champions. I hate having to change up my runes because what i have doesn't work for the champions i want to play, sucks even more when i don't get that champion or role. The current system is on the border of Pay2win and not, like you are dancing on the edge of disaster. They don't effect the game enough to consider it a free win as long as you are skilled, but i have played enough games with people who have inefficient or incomplete rune pages who were, well not so great, and i know the impact and effect they can have. Runes offer us another dimension to customization, some people build AD and Armor Pen others prefer AS and Crit Chance on the same champion for the same role, its what works for them. That page might not work for other champions though and its kind of lame to limit your champion pool because of this. It is also annoying how long it takes for an average person to get up to 6300 IP and then have to decide on a new champion or a new rune page. If you go with the Rune Page you still need to save up for the Runes you are going to put into it.

This Preseason offers a lot of changes, i think Runes and Rune Pages being cheaper will help promote those changes. It will offer a lot more customization where people see very little in the Masteries (I am not disagreeing nor agreeing merely pointing out what people are saying) and it will help out the lower levels who are trying to buy champions but need runes to help them compete against all the smurfs.
