+1 for Dave Grohl. As a Jungler, We think similarly of ganking lanes when people ping for help, and then actually help with the gank.
It's all about the timing... I'm not sure why junglers love to go in only when a full wave of minions hits my tower. Jungler mains need to at least have some experience in lanes to pick up on these things (and vice versa).
