I feel like such a dumb ass. I got a champ and went into my runes and masteries to try and make them the best for a champ I never play and totally forgot to pick a champ.

Woopsiedoops guess I don't get an icon, entirely my fault, lol.

No one gets the icon until the game mode LEAVES XD
