How is the section on conduct actively violating the TOS?

Deep Terror Nami1 votesSaying curse words is not inherently a violation of the Summoner's Code. It's when you're being a jerk or otherwise being abusive with their use that it's a problem, and in those cases it still has nothing to do with those particular words.

To know I can say "wtf is with that Bard ban?", it's cathartic.
