How is the section on conduct actively violating the TOS?

Saying curse words is not inherently a violation of the Summoner's Code. It's when you're being a jerk or otherwise being abusive with their use that it's a problem, and in those cases it still has nothing to do with those particular words.
Curse words already appear on T-rated games and PG-13 movies...
In itself, the curse words aren't inherently bad; it's more about how you use it.
