What is the etiquette when an ally intentionally bans your pick?

Had Camille hovered in a normal match. Want to get some practice in and she is tons of fun to play. Ally bans her and says "Sick of Camilles feeding". I'm not normally a salty person but my immediate reaction is to tell them to fuck themselves but I know that will do no good.

  1. If you can still ben their champ, I would do it.

  2. If not, I'd either choose another champ to play, or dodge.

Raging is never the answer. If the ADC bans your pre-selected support champ, you take a mage and all of their CS. You're not doing it for you. You're doing it so they won't do it to the next guy.

Just pick another champ. Win/lose game and report at the end of the game. Also remember to say it in all chat the end of the game that x person banned your champ and please report.

Easy, you just pick Ezreal and win the game by being extremely flamboyant.

Demonstrate maturity and pick another champion. Failing that, dodge.

Sadly, many players lack the required maturity and immediately descend to insults and trolling.

Honestly depended on your phase of picking, were you first pick, were you last pick, could have the enemy team possibly picked Camille before you, if he said that, he more than likely purposely did it and I would have stayed in the game simply to feed with a different champion.

I have been trying (unsuccessfully) to understand why.
Asking for a reason hasn't yielded answers that made any sense.

Int pick mid ziggs they ban ziggs saying they are tired of seeing ziggs Botlane.
I was 1st pick of the game.
