I play one game a day so I can get my first win. On a recent bot game I played, someone playing as Lee Sin went after dragon at level 2. To my surprise, he managed to kill the thing without being executed... At level 2! Are the dragon stats lower in AI games?
No, they're the same. People can just get away with doing much more dangerous/reckless things in bot games.
People have gone into custom games and tested which junglers can take the dragon at level 1. I know of at least one that can actually kill a dragon at level 1. It sounds like your Lee Sin just set up so he could do that. Probably went in with a ton of potions and full health to see if he could.
In a bot game its rather safe since the beginner bots rarely leave their lanes until mid/late game.
