GAH! Riot Please Give Me Teammates Who Actually Want To Win When I am In Promos...

Failed my promos for Gold for the same reason I always do, my teammates refuse to win... The obvious decision is right in front of them and they choose to do the stupidest decision over and over again. "Jump into all 5 of them with no backup? SURE!" "Group? Fuck Off I want to split push with no vision" "Dragon? Baron? Turrets? What are these things you speak of, i just want to bronze chase through their unwarded jungle"...

...and why does this only happen in my promos? on an 8 game win streak and then i hit my promos for Gold V and suddenly all my teammates have never played a video game in their life...

Lost my last game of my promos against double jungle Katarina... Olaf and Trist decided they would like to fight the Katarina over and over again, sure enough she got 5 kills pretty early on. Then she and their jungle ekko just stayed mid and pushed down 2 turrets while olaf farmed his jungle... Since Olaf had no pressure top and mid were lost. I tried to get them to just farm and push out lanes, but they absolutely had to fight, even when me and Trist got 2 turrets bot lane and i took 1 turret mid lane....I had the most pressure in lanes because i was the only one pushing down objectives to get control... AS SUPPORT JANNA...

Irritated that I can't complete my promos because 1 person decides they want to lose and decides to feed the worst possible person to feed on the enemy team (Riven in 1st loss, Kha in 2nd loss, Katarina in 3rd loss).

All I ask is you give me teammates who actually want to win, how many wins do they have in their last 10 games, how well did they do in those last games, are they toxic in chat, are they in their promos or close to? These questions should be considered when someone is being queued when in their Promos. I am not saying give me the best of the best, there is having a bad game and trying to lose, plz stop giving me the latter.

I don't want to come off rude; but from your match history (Last two Janna games) it seems like your lane was the issue. One of those games the team almost has 50% of there kills from you alone (1-12). Looking at everyone else; they may not have been in such a bad position if you didn't feed so hard.

Try minimizing your deaths in ranked; that's my advice. It's very easy to blame your team for everything, and not work on self improving. You now have a free win going into your next promos; You should have no problem if your capable of getting out of it.

Edit: Also no the excuse I'm support (Death's don't matter) it really does; in a season based off snowballing.

This, and Janna is even a natural counter to khazix/katarina/riven, and you are not supposed to be "pushing" as Janna. My advice is to boost MMR with other supports that sort've work around the snowball meta Zyra Thresh Leona instead of counter it

The reason I was pushing is because we couldn't 5v5, they were too strong. I kept telling my Olaf to split because he would just run in and die over and over again. Me and Trist took 3 turrets for free, they were not stopping us they weren't even trying to win it seemed. My teammates refused to listen to I pushed instead since they wanted to run in and die 1 by 1, i figured at least I could get pressure around the map and slow down the enemies progression. Which I did btw, they had to come bot to stop me several times, but unfortunately my teammates seriously refused to do anything that would help us win.

I agree, i know exactly what I did wrong in those games, i am not blameless. Just to clarify though, when my ADC is bad I tend to put myself in more danger so the enemy can not capitalize on my ADC's lack of skill. If the Janna is in front of you free to kill, you are less likely to kill the ADC, if my ADC is still alive they can farm and help take objectives. My playstyle either goes incredibly well in that my deaths are the direct cause of my ADC eventually getting strong, or my ADC dies with me regardless of how hard I peel. That 1-12 game you spoke of is particularly bad, my Tristana would jump into the Jhin Karma and Kha every single time. I am speaking 100% honestly here, look at her deaths, she would jump in and die and then I would get dove since I was always alone. I tried to keep her and Talon alive in teamfights to the best of my abilities but what ended up happening is their team would focus me down first since I was making it very difficult for them to kill my carries. I kept telling her to not go aggressive because Kha was camping us super hard, i tried to tell her to wait for Gragas, but she wouldn't listen. If i roamed mid to help Talon, she would die immediately because she jumped in and died thinking she could 3v1 for some reason. Her kills were entirely due to me and her catching them out 1 at a time, we never could fight them 2v2.

If i die and three of their team dies for it, I think it is worth, that i did my job. It's not like i try to die though, I do try to protect myself, but like i said if i think they will kill the ADC or another carry i will try to take the aggro.

Edit: Also I understand where you are coming from, but just looking at my Match History is not a good indication of how I did. I looked at the Swain's match history in the first game and he had never gone negative on Swain. However he ended up giving Riven 10 kills before 20 minutes and refused to listen to anyone or show any indication he knew how to play Swain at all.

Just to further prove that I am well aware of what I did wrong I will explain it.

In the first game, when Swain died for the 3rd time, we should have roamed top to stop her. We told him to play safe (which he refused to do since he died 4 more times). Me and Ezreal were strong enough at the time to shut her down, however we were trying to farm the crap out of our enemy bot laners who we were dominating. Talon was also fed but he was being camped, I definitely should have roamed a lot more to help him so he would be free to help the Swain. I did try to tell them to focus the Riven and peel for Ezreal, but they were blindly following the "kill the ADC" mentality and Riven was able to freely destroy our backline.

In the second loss, I explained above, basically I should have just left the Tristana to die by herself. Kha killing the both of us escalated to the point he was unstoppable. My reasoning for not leaving was that Grag was trying to counter gank him and i figured 3v3 we had a shot, but Tristana was too aggressive and would often die or blow both summoners before Grag would even help. If I had gone mid and Top to put pressure in those lanes, perhaps Kha wouldn't have been able to camp the Trist. However I don't think that is 100% true.

The third game was absolutely garbage, nothing I could have done would have changed that outcome. Trist and Olaf fed the shit out of Katarina for no reason very early on and Olaf was completely useless as a Jungler. I suppose I should have roamed mid more, but that was just leading to 2 deaths instead of 1 since we were always outnumbered and very far behind in gold. I felt it was a better option for Tristana to get fed off the Jinx whom we were killing fairly easily. We never team fought, we never grouped, we never tried for any objective despite my efforts to do so. That game was a loss simply because my team refused to win.

just venting btw, helps me release a bit of anger. Hard to sit here and watch your teamamtes do everything in their power to make sure you lose, especially hard when I am in my promos. I get tilted a lot, but these past losses have put me so far above my norm...

Lol, I was just in promos, Syndra died to Fizz in the first 3 minutes. Said she was gonna feed. Was then 2vs16 in kills in 10 minutes (Us losing obviously). She didnt care, and continued to feed/go to enemy nexus. Love losing my promos man.

I don't mind losing, but when I lose a game that was easily won, I get very salty. If I, a Silver player, can pinpoint exactly what is going wrong, I feel like EVERYONE on my team should be able to as well. Simple matter of fixing it is all it takes to win, but they refuse. They don't listen, they don't adapt, they never learn. I will complete my promos eventually, I know it because I do listen adapt and learn, it is just frustrating to be slowed down by these types of games that make me feel helpless.

Yep, really hard to judge by match history - Just that was my only paper trail I had to go off of.

Understandable, i was 1/12 and that is a huge red flag. Obviously i didn't play great because if i was , i wouldn't have died so many times, but i feel the reason I am not to blame is I understood why I was dying and was trying to rectify it as best as I could, however I don't believe the same could be said of my teammates who were the reason I kept dying.

Lol, I gatekeeper peeps on purpose when I see them in promos. Not with intentional feeding or throw plays, I just pick stupid shit like Fiora support to drastically lower our odds of winning knowing they can't dodge.
