The only reason why SR outclasses other maps

Is because it has a ranking system. Give's people a social status. That's the only reason the Twisted Treeline is still played, able to rank up a lot easier.

Well I mean from their point of view, people would play SR normals as practice for ranked, so it would have a higher norms population than if it didn't have ranked, or if dominion had ranked.

That's why I said "exclusive". The people that don't play ranked. There is no doubt that those people without Ranked still far outnumber the Dominion players. Less than .5% of players play Dominion.
