what do you guys think about ezreal?

i get a good amount of rage every time i pick ezreal to adc, and i don't do terribly very often as him so far. but everyone just seems to hate the guy. i think he's pretty good when used in a harass heavy team. can someone look at my build and tell me what else i can do to improve on him?
