Riot, pre-rework level 5 mastery question

If a player has a rank 5 master of a champion that gets a reworked model can they keep the old base model as a skin option? I am excited about the new Poppy. She look amazing and sounds fun but I would like to keep her traditional skin as a reminder to the Poppy I got to level 5.
