Cassiopeia and vladimir are the definition of spell vamp, she is prolly the most appropriate champion to get spellvamp on, her q-e make her invisible with a will of the ancients. I even build a hextech revolver on her and still worked great.
You need to put some time into fixing your suggested builds asap...

Suggested builds are there for one thing and one thing only: new players making the most out of the strengths of a champion.
Vladimir has built in sustain, they won't include that as a part of his suggested build. A champion like Mordekaiser needs spellvamp, Cass does not.
