Why are the report a bug posts getting deleted?

What connection issues? It's on your side. Get Low Priority Queue loser. Fix your internet.
Riot's internet is 100% perfect. There never are problems on our end.
The connection issues were a known problem with a third-party network that was outside of Riot's control. It required them to repair a fiber optic cable. Since the Status Message is gone that means they have fixed the problem. Typically, connection issues are not bugs with the game and posts about them belong in the Help and Support boards, or should be directed to Riot in a support request.
A bug typically can be replicated over and over, with multiple people. An example would be if Sivir's Q crashed the game whenever it hit Fizz. This is something you would want to bring to the Report a Bug board.
A problem that is connection related (Eg. high ping, intermittent disconnects) or just with your client (Eg. random bug splats with no evident cause), would typically be something that needs to be troubleshot on your end. This is something you would want to bring to the Help and Support board, or send to Riot via a ticket so they can help you figure it out.
