Is Viktor's E bugged? - Would love any sort of feedback.

I threw something in the Big forums but didn't hear anything period (not even an down-vote). Is anyone else seeing an issue?

When I used to use it (before he was barred from ranked for a bit) I'd hit E, click, and if I held it, I could position the arrow. Now it just goes when I click. Anyone else experiencing this?

Check to see if smart cast is turned on in the game settings. It should be under hotkeys.
