How to farm if i keep getting poked???

So i have pretty low farm in most of my games, i try to keep my distance since every time i over extend, i get ganked, i can only ward so much by myself but my teams usually never do, we don't know where the enemy jungler is so i am constantly panicked as a gang could be coming at any moment.

Even worse is that in lower elos, junglers are clueless, camping lanes and ganking excessively. This is messing up with my farm numbers.

What can i do to prevent this from happening, why can i somehow make the map larger in my screen while the rest ramins smaller, how to deal with people who keep ganking all the time camping your lane not letting you farm

How to deal with a camped lane: Attempt your best to farm, don't try to go for a kill, it won't happen. How to CS: walk up to last hit only as far as absolutely necessary, just poke but don't stay on the outside of minion waves unless you're zoning - this is especially true early where minions do a lot of damage but can also soak a lot of skillshots.

How to solve a warding problem: Do it yourself. Wards are less expensive than death.

play less passively, and ward. thats literally all you can do. Unless you are a melee vs a range you should not be getting harassed to the point that you cant get any CS.
