Hey,
So I'm trying to upgrade Alistar from mastery 5 to 6 and I have the 2 tokens and a skin shard for him..... why doesn't it work? There are two options, one for champion shard, and another option that I assumed was a skin shard.... am I mistaken?

Lapis1 votesIt's champion shard or champion permanent. Skin shards don't work for increasing mastery. Sounds like you'll have to pick up some of those ip champion shards for that sweet blue essence.

Hethalean1 votesIf you reroll 3 champion shards, you can get a champion permanent. You WILL NOT get one of these if you do not own all champions. If there are champions you do not own, you are guaranteed to get one of them. Otherwise, if you rr 3 and own all, you'll get a random champion permanent.
