Is there any champ more boring to face than Soraka?

I am not saying she is strong or weak but holy shit she makes the game so fucking boring. She just heals and heals... and fucking heals. I have never seen a Soraka in a game and thought 'Oh boy this will be fun.' You know, fun. That thing games are supposed to be. I enjoy losing more than I enjoy playing against a Soraka regardless of whether or not we beat her.
