I just got approved for the PBE.

I applied a little less than 2 years ago, when I was playing every day and loved this game.

I lightly quit the game in january, I've played less than 60 games total this past year. I haven't played a match in the entire past month. There's a rule that says you need to be active to keep the PBE account. So why exactly did I get one?
