No one likes the shitty Hextech Events (Lunar Revel)

I hate to be blunt; But tying in events for "Special" deals with the Hextech system is absolutely terrible. Because its all 100% random, and just stupid to use.

I much prefer the Mini shops we get because:

1: They are skins for champions we ACTUALLY PLAY 2: It is not random in a sense that you know what your going to buy 3: I Think its just a better deal overall.

You made $1.6 Billion+ last year Riot, I know you aren't struggling with money; There is no need for these shitty cash grabs; Which you know they are.
