Don't play League of Legends, simple. You waste other peoples time, especially in ranked, do everyone a favor and please before going into a game make sure you have decent ping (90 or less MS).
You can do this by going to your command prompt and type in the following:
ping 104.160.131.1 -t
It will show you , your current ping to the League of Legends servers.
You know that you don't have the right to make people do this. Some people don't have good internet. This could even be cause by many things such as being broke or shit like that. If those people want to have fun, let them. Besides, the game is meant to make each and every person have fun, so no, they don't have to give a shit about you. Also, you are just a dick, you know. They have the right to play the game whenever they want, so what i suggest is to shut up and play the fucking game. It's not even that common and instead of even saying it nicely (I don't even get the point of the disc), you just give a fuck about yourself, not the community. You use them as an excuse, so they can give a fuck about themselves as well.
