So, apparently I got a warning that I was toxic because a duo bot got mad at me and spammed in all chat that I was a "toxic" player and that I was refusing to give them a gank.
I got 4 reports just for the heck of it. Sooooooooo, when was this ok to have a duo try to ruin people's games?
False reports won't hurt you, and 9 reports won't make the system check your logs any harder than one does (so premades have no extra reporting power against you).
That notification isn't saying you're toxic, but that you're getting reported for it a lot more than usual. If you're not doing anything wrong don't worry about it.
