I've always wondered why Lee Sin is blind and yet doesn't have the same effect as a burrowed Rek'Sai

You know how Rek'Said will burrow herself and lose a lot of sight but see tiny circles implying there is someone moving somewhere, why not do something along these lines to Lee Sin. Only a little bit more "buffed".

Lee Sin can see in a very short radius but can "sense" movement from far away. The closer the champion to his vision, the more he is able to see them (going from seeing nothing, to seeing a outline of the champ within 1400 units, to seeing them fully in a 700 unit cone. Hitting enemies or allies with his Q, W or E will give Lee Sin sight of the ally or foe for however long the spell lasts. Placing wards allows Lee Sin the ability to see them fully. (He can also see through his own blindness through said wards.) And hitting a enemy with his ultimate makes it so Lee Sin can see them for the next 5 seconds even if they are out of his range of sight.

I'm sorry if this sounds completely stupid...

https://youtu.be/CXxcpaCr1hw He had this feature in his kit, but they had to buff him.

As a Rek'Sai main and Lee sin secondary main (apparently I have a thing for blind people), this sounds really cool. I just think that tremor sense if Rek's thing, and adding another is pointless at this point.

That's not really fair. If you're in a teamfight and can only see one or two enemies and decide to go in, you're screwed. If you throw a blind Q and it hits a low HP enemy and grants vision of them and you decide to go in and next thing you know their entire team is standing behind them, you're screwed. Rek'Sai has this element because she is supposed to be underground like a shark when he is under water. Lee Sin does not have this, because Lee Sin has no ability that gives him a 0.4 second on/off switch.
