What happened to the tribunal? I thought it was revamped and ready to go back in like April, but I checked it the other day and no cigar. Are there any plans for it for season 6? I think it would be really useful, but at least the newish system is way better than the old one where nobody got banned ever

They're rolling it out "in pieces". What I imagine that means is that it's probably not going to be ready at least for the next year.

In a way, this is unfortunate. I believe that Smites help cut down on baseless, spammed thread about how the 'player' did nothing wrong. It is also a way for others to understand what Riot expects of them. I'd encourage someone from the company to do this occasionally.
