I recently bought RP and had it not register when the store broke a few days ago and had the money taken while not receiving RP so I sent in a support ticket and gave the info required and as soon as all the stuff was verified I got my RP

I was honestly expecting a middle finger and "sucks to be you" from them.

my friend never got the free gangplank skin for playing him during the event, he got the middle finger sucks to be you response, and his recruit a friend was broken as well, and got the suck to be you response on that too.

since no money was involved its easy for riot to say oh well better luck next time
