Some people like to own all the skins for a champ. I have all it Sandstorm For Katarina (getting that one on sale later), as well as all of Quinn's skins
My snow down shop had this exact thing, but much worse.
Two Miss Fortune skins Two Ziggs skins Two Xerath skins

having skins of champs which u already has a skin with is kinda lame
Unless you like that champ.
PS It's also not nearly as bad as getting them for skins you don't own the champ for. Especially if it's a champ you don't own bc you don't like the champ.
