Changing Account Name Has Become Very Difficult

This post is regarding the "summoner name cleanup" of two years ago.

Basically it gave all inactive accounts a grace period after which their summoner name would become available for other players to use. I have had a particular name in mind for a very long time (the account has been inactive for as long as I remember). Before, you used to be able to see other players' matches even if they were inactive. This way, you could figure out the date in which the account name would become available.

But now, you can't see players' history at all if they have been inactive since May 1st. This makes it impossible to determine the date the name will be available, and will make it likely that I will miss the opportunity.

My request is that Riot include a "last game played" date to accounts so that we can determine when the name will become available.
