Why is hexakill repeating again in just 3 weeks?? (July 1st weekend)

Seriously, we have hexakill Twisted Treeline right now. Then we'll have one for all, followed by ascension, then Hexakill Twisted Treeline yet again??

Don't we have at least 3 or 4 other game modes that get skipped entirely for this to come up so quickly? We haven't even seen Doom Bots (and a few others) at all, yet we're seeing Ascension for the third time and Hexakill for the 3rd or 4th time already?

...

Does hexakill actually have the biggest audience? Thought that was URF...

It is weird. Maybe they're trying to make the TT map more popular? Personally, I'm rather sad we haven't had Black Market Brawlers yet. I enjoyed that mode, with he special minions and the spiffy items (Looks like Nami, but it's really Cho'Gath! Nom Nom Nom!). Also, TP boots!

Yes, BMB and Doom were two of my favourite modes and neither has seen the light of day :(

Have you ever read the articles they post on this? Other game modes they've done have potential of appearing in the RGM Queue but they are still forging their path currently. Plus they also said that we'd see URF at least twice this year, and twice already happened so they kind of moved on from that one ;)

I've read the articles. Specifically the part where some players complained 6 week rotations were too long and others too short. Specifically the part where they mentioned experimenting with a 4 week rotation on certain modes.

So I certainly didn't expect a 3 week rotation on one of the least impressive modes (hexakill and one-for-all are the least unique, every other mode significantly changes gameplay where these two are the same game with one small rule change).

I also didn't mean the URF comment as in I was expecting URF that weekend. I'd be fine if they said URF was done for the year (well, to be honest I'd be disappointed, but that isn't the point here). I simply meant that if it was URF that came on a 3 week rotation that'd be one thing because it's the mode everyone seems to be yelling for all the time. It's the most popular mode, so coming up frequently would make sense. But we're seeing hexakill, literally the twisted treeline with twice as many champions. No rule differences. No buffs or different items or unique map or anything. Literally a game that 99% of the playerbase ignores with a minor rule change.

And before you start commenting that I'm playing it - I'm opting to use the special game modes to earn S ranks on champions now since I've earned it on all of my mains. A lot less frustrating as players don't rage when you do poorly (which I will, playing on champions I never play) and it's also a lot easier to have one good game and get an S and be done with it (whereas everyone knows what they're doing on the rift so it's harder to get an S there as there's no way you're snowballing on a champion you don't know).
