If Blizzard can make a MOBA, why can't Rito make a MMORPG?

10 years ago , the DotA Allstars game mode on Warcraft 3.
But uh , I would very enjoy if Riot make a MOBA TPS with PROJECT theme.

Also, you should really only make this comparison when blizzard makes a good moba.
