Win or Lose, isn't a good way to tell how good someone is.

This is a team game, you can't base a individually players skill of 4 other people. That just doesn't work.

Idk how, but couldn't you come up with a better system for Ranked, other than , oh he went on a win streak, welp he's in Gold Now. Even though he's a Silver V lvl player. (In terms of mechanics, decision making, and pretty much everything)

How are you going to Countably things that aren't countable? How are you going to design a code that is going to say "Yupp, that was definitely good decision making under that specific circumstance" You can't.... We can only code system based on results not process, if you have a good processes you should be able to attain results regularly and that's on what the system is based on

You're right. You can't determine whether or not someone is bad based on their record. But you can determine their skill based on how poorly they make use of vision. Warding means jack shit when your team doesn't use that vision. If you get caught and you could have escaped consistently then you are unskilled. If you die trying to take inhib and fail because you weren't paying attention to the enemy death timers you are unskilled. Seriously I started playing long before trinkets, buff timers and death timers were made a thing( death timers you had to tab to see, but not the point). These resources were included for a reason and not using them is being bad.

Regardless of win or loss records if you do not use these to make decisions you are either being carried or feeding. Probably both.

Now granted ppl make mistakes, but consistently making these mistakes is a great indicator that you belong in Wood 5

You can't tell how good someone is based on winning a single game. But you can tell over a large number of games.

There will always be external factors that can cause you to lose even if you do well. But over a large sample, the person playing well is going to win more. The people making those mistakes have to play with themselves the next game, but you don't. So they keep losing and you win the next.
