Winning/Losing is one kill/death apart

So i am laning with an alistar (i am corki) against a jinx-blitz. The lane is hard, under blitz threat i try to do my best to farm without being pulled or snared. Then alistar decides to recal with full hp and no gold, because he is low on mana. In my opinion totally unnecessary since i am doing a good job poking down on jinx, so a 2v2 is imminent and with low hp jinx, alistar doesn't really need the mana to help me kill her. So anyways he recals and i am in the 2v1. I try to stay safe till alistar is back when blitz flashes in, gets the silly movement speed from his w and runs on me, he knocks me up, i valk away but he pulls be back in, jinx snares me and she gets a first blood. That however isn't how the game was lost.

Jinx is down to 20% hp and lvl 5, i am lvl 4, alistar is back in lane and jinx makes the mistake to kep farming and not recalling. After i respawn, i run back towards the lane, jinx is 20 % hp and has no intention to recal, instead she pushed the wave very close to the turret, thsi gives me a window of oportunity to come from behind and with a q,e and an auto i can easily kill her, and literally get back to the game and compensate for the first blood i gave.

Unfortunately our jungler Warwick who is only lvl 4, has no ult (his only cc and gap closer) decides to be greedy and go for the kill. At this point i know that he has no chance to kill jinx. She has self peel with her e and she is lvl 5 while he is 4. So i know he is about to scare her away and miss me my oportunity to kill her. So i ping a few times for him to back off, i even type in chat 'Leave her for me, i got her, dont scare her away'. He ignores it, he runs towards her and as i predicted he never reaches her, she runs for the turret as he didn't even come from behind her, he cam straight from the river, and she manages to escape, not only that but here is exactly where the game is lost, he chases her and dives in turret to kill her. He manages to do so, but he also feeds her a kill. Now she is 700 gold ahead of me from the kills alone. And i lose all chances of coming back since she returns in lane with a BF Sword, and a blitz support...

So here is the analysis, i was about 90% able to kill her. This would bring the gold difference between us to 100. I would be 1/1 and so would jinx, since i was farming better than her during the game, i would manage to get a lead in gold, and the lane would turn to my favor. Instead, i am 0/1 and jinx is 2/1, comes to lane with bf sword and 700 gold difference. At this point it is imposible to come back to the game. i have to hope that she makes many mistakes that i capitalize on, but even those mistakes she may make, she has significantly more dmg than me (bf sword) and a blitzcrank who awaits for an oportunity to pull me and feed her another kill.

So this is how easily one silly decision a person in your team can make and ruin your laning phase and lose you the entire game. One play, one moment of bad decision making is literaly the difference between winning or losing the game.....
