Mystery Gift Rewards Unfair

I feel they are Unfair as it says if you get a chat restriction you are not eligble. Chat restrictions aren't based on whether you've been toxic in-game. It just gives it out depending on if you get reported in-games. As which many people do get reported since there are a lot of people who just report because someone else was doing better or won an argument although they won't admit to they'll just get mad. REport for verbal abuse even though the player wasn't doing anything wrong, as i do believe constructive criticism isn't against the rules. As long as you aren't just yelling at the player and calling them bad but more a long the lines of what they've dont wrong and what they can do better.

I got a a chat ban during the end of 2014 for 7 games. EVen though i hadn't talked in a game or said anything that would offend anyone in anyway. But i probably fed during a game on accident or did poorly or messed up in a game. People got annoyed probably said i was intentionally feeding, trolling, throwing etc. Reported me and i got chat restriction as the system just sees if you have a lot of reports and bans accordingly to the amount.

And i don't want a Rioter coming in here saying thats not how it works as it most certainly does i once did a test with friends on brand new accounts. Lvl 1's and we'd report each other after every game. While just playing not being toxic in the slightest way. and After a couple of games of doing it my friend and i got chat bans for what i think was about 20 games. Proving the point that it just takes into account the amount of reports you get.

So plz Riot change the Rewards for Positive play or change your Report and chat ban system :)
