Can the Tribunal please let people see post game chat.

I am sick of having to spend extra time sending in tickets to report stuff like this. Here is a direct copy and paste of my post game chat. (Names replaced with numbers due to the 'Naming and Shaming' garbage)

2: full cancer udyr

1: hate when %%%%%%s say ggwp

1: clearly wasnt wp

2: GGWP

2: %%%%%%

1: had r%%%%%ed teamates

2: GGWP

4: i mean

1: wp for them

4: its like lcs

1: so tahts true

1: but

4: shake hands

1: %%%%%% man

1: i hate em

1: why

1: lcs is with people you know

4: sorry, glhf in future games

1: not random fucktards

1: fuck you

1: go die

3: so depressing holy shit

2: report that %%%%%%

2: just cause u dont have balls to cuss him out

2: doesnt mean u cant report

People like to save up their rage until post game because they know it is not visible to the tribunal and most people wont take the time to send in a ticket and we have no idea if tickets even do anything because we get no feedback as to whether or not action was taken against the player. Also, let me just say, I think that is stupid. If someone is bad enough to get punished then the least Riot can do is let those of us that reported him/her know that they were punished. We had to deal with their shit. It is the least you can do.

We've had this thread recently.

To summarize (because I get pretty longwinded there, although I still encourage you to take a look), aftergame chat wouldn't help very much. It's very rare that people who flame in after game chat do not also flame in at least some of their games. Sure, those people were awful, and perhaps they weren't misbehaving in that game, but they probably do elsewhere.

I conducted an experiment looking through my tribunal history for cases where after-game chat would help. Basically, it would only help in situations where someone is pardoned and exhibited no toxic behavior in any of their games. That would indicate that they were reported for behavior outside the game logs and items, and that the Tribunal was not up to the task of punishing them for post-game behavior. Looking through 200 cases, I found only two that even kind of fit that profile, and even in those, the people still acted out somewhat in game, just not enough for the Tribunal to hammer them.

Post game chat would be an incremental (~1%) improvement at best, and quite possibly just a distraction. Player Behavior has better uses of their limited resources.

I think this is a great idea. I've often encountered people who were silent all game and then unleashed all their rage in an obnoxious torrent in the post-game lounge. At least it doesn't really affect the game since they keep their mouth shut until it's over but it's hard to report someone when there is no proof, and just as hard to vote Punish when you see only a clean chat log in the Tribunal. As a community I think it's important that we follow the Summoner's Code and are respectful not only during games but whenever we interact with our fellow Summoners, and adding the post-game chat to cases in the Tribunal would help keep people accountable.
