Disable ranked and LeaverBuster, turn on Loss Prevented.

Ever since patch 5.1 I've been having ridiculously high ping, low FPS, and disconnects with the firewall bug. It has only gotten worse on patch 5.2. The servers need more matienence, LeaverBuster needs to be disabled, and ranked needs to be disabled. I'm not going to tolerate another penalty for issues with YOUR servers. I disconnected from my game as of right now, and am currently unable to log back in.
