Riot i don't get it, really, its one of the mysteries of the world how you nerf champions with already low pick chance into unplayable. How you ignore 50% of your champions and don't give a shit about them.
It's sad really say that so many champions are unviable. Jayce is such a good champions he has been out of the picture for a while, you haven't even cared about making him strong again. You only want our money but give nothing back
But... he is strong, still. He hasn't been changed since 5.1 where he received a very small ratio reduction on Hyper Charge.
he's still strong, he's just not as rediculous as he used to be because of the nerfs to I.E and some minor changes to his kit. To be fair he was frustrating to go against top lane because he had too much damage early in the early levels
Im an average Yorick. Yorick is a Jayce counter and I generally stomp on them, but every now and then a Jayce pops up that dominates me. If Jayce is as gutted as you imply, that shouldn't happen. I know your response is "Maybe you just suck." Fine. I don't, but you have to consider that maybe Jayce just isn't freelo anymore and you have to actually play the game with him now. I upvoted anyway because I agree Riot generally does this, I just do not agree that Jayce is a good example. Evelynn is a good example
