What is the correct response to this?

This doesn't happen a whole lot, but this recent game made me want to bring it up.

"Nami, you are full AP, use it on somebody." ... "You don't even that much!"

I've been spamming my abilities nonstop, healing and stunning and giving people attack boosts without pause. I have a lot of mana regen so I can just keep smashing those buttons... So, that's not enough? Is there a hidden ability I have that I'm not aware of? I don't heal as much as Soraka or Sona, obviously. Nami has been given some harsh nerfs.

This typically happens most when I play support. My adc overextends and gets caught and dies before my eyes. They then proceed to yell at me for not doing something. Not every support has a magical way to save you. Am I supposed to jump in and die with them?

So, basically, if someone wants you to do MORE than what your champion can do, what is the correct response to that?

Sona i am a support main, and i share this as something that helps me sleep at night =^D

to understand everyone views the world through their own lenses... them not seeing, or knowing what you did does not discount your contribution in anyway.... there are a great many things going on at most times in this game, and the normal human is only able to keep track of so many of these distinct different occurrences without additional training....

how can they focus always on their own plays as well as yours, they prob are not....

does that mean you didnt heal, of course not.... im sure you did it to the best of your ability, so focus on that.... increasing your own ability no matter what teammate you have....

sometimes you jump in, and sometimes u run away pinging them... but these are skills that you need to learn, and focus on... consider it an invisible skill any(one) support has, the ability to make judgments on the game based off of what is happening right then and there

improve these and you learn better when to heal, when to all in, when to run away muting a toxic player
