What happened to Graves Riot?

After you nerfed graves Riot and his pick rate went down so hard, you did nothing to bring him back. And while Vayne and jinx are thriving, Graves still remains nerfed to the side. Don't you think that he needs some love again. I am tired of all Vayne noobs being part of most of my games. Can't we have something done?
