Are VU's almost done?

I know needs to be up to snuff, needs to look good as he pleases, hasn't found the perfect looks yet, imagines if he had real visuals, looks like death, 's visual upgrade has been silent, textures are unfortunate, 's model is painful, could use some bromance on his textures, model is currently locked away, 's model is toxic, is getting terminated and brought back, 's pizza feet are truly outrageous, needs to look more like Satan, looks like he got shot by Luke Skywalker, 's model needs some purification, and has been lost in time for a while. Is there anyone else that Riot needs to get upgrading on, visually or textural?

I am in no way an official source on this but I would guess that after this round of skins on PBE comes out (including a Rumble Legendary), we'll get the next VU on PBE. Again, this is just prediction, but I feel like they need time to work after Heim, AND they want the current PBE stuff to get it's own attention. And I'm thinking it will be someone low risk, like Ryze or anyone who doesn't really need a lore tweak or design tweak. I think they want Sion out ASAP, but he requires lore, kit, the works. If not this next PBE patch, maybe the one after. I dunno it's hard to tell how long it takes them because the last few VUs had Christmas break in between them, didn't they? They seem to come out with about 1 a month (with some paired more closely) when they are in full swing.

The poor chap needs a quick texture update. His textures in-game are really murky, which might work for him except that it's just bad.

His skins are fine, his base is just lacking.
