Start item 3134 into full tank and rush to the brushes. Garen is one of my personal favorites in aram. He's really strong.

I've learned to love the oddball champs in ARAM.

Garen in particular is one of my favorites (depending on the rest of the comp, and how they play).

And then there's Warwick, who no one seems to like, but is one of my highest winrate champs.

People on your team will try to trade with you, if you decline trade they dodge. Happens to me all the time and it's fucking infuriating. There need to be bigger penalties for dodging ARAM than just 15 minute queue, like low priority queue stuff or worse if you're a repeat offender. Currently people just dodge and get on their smurf... I'd like to see punishments that stick to your account rather than just a silly 15 minute wait.

My last team in ARAM was Sona, Soraka, Taric, Tristana, and Rammus (me). No dodges, we all decided to play on. And we raped a team of Lee Sin, Yasuo, Swain, Heimer, and Mundo. The oddball combo worked. Rammus rolls in, shields, taunts, ults. Taric follows, heals, stuns, ults. Sona stun, 'Raka silence/root, heals, and Tris killed things. I stopped playing ARAM because I own too many champs I hate playing, and I inevitably don't get a dodger when I'm playing those.

Ironically, I have a 100% win rate with Garen on ARAM since june of last year... Play safe, get to 16 as soon as possible, and NEVER F#$%ING DIE!

Most of the time though, it's something like this:

Player 1: Can I trade anyone this Urgot?

Me: Sure, I can reroll him.

trades Ashe for Urgot

Rerolls

Me: I... Got... POPPY!!! It's clobbering time!

Player 1 dodges

What a waste of an excellent reroll...

Garen is actually really effective in ARAM because of his passive. So many people play heavy poke and Garen, with his healing passive and obnoxious tankiness, is pretty much immune to it. Grab a Brutalizer into Black Cleaver then go pure tank and become immovable from the brush of your choice since none of the squishy poke-centered champions will want to be anywhere near you. since you can still Q-E-R them from full health unless they burn Flash.
