Was wondering if they were allowed or if you could get banned using them. I've personally never seen one so i dont even know if they work but was just wondering :)

Im quite sure they are technically not allowed at all. In fact any changing of the game's files is more than likely prohibited by the user agreement you accept when finishing up a fresh patch or after installing the game on a device for the first time. It's more than likely in there, but I don't think Riot Actually cares if you use them or not.

My personal opinion is to not use them if they are prohibited if that's what the agreement says because I rather follow the rules. Either way, you should check to make sure.

I believe it's against the EULA as you'd be "modifying the game", if you have any questions I would submit a ticket.

Custom skins only apply to the computer they are used on and generally replace other assets from a different skin. As for being allowed, I'm sure they are if they are for personal use

I think it is. It only customizes the skins that you have customized, and they can only seen by you. If you customized gragas to be in a tutu, you will be the only one that would see it.

They are allowed. Only affect the appearance of the champ.
