New champion? Can't think of any visual updates that fit this... Sounds like the Void. But, it could also be something else... The Void is all purple. There is purple in this. Hm...
But there is also blue.
It doesn't seem like a Shurima type. Shurima is usually warm and bright but who knows.
Could it finally be another Mt Targon champion? We only have 3. We could use a mage or marksman from that place.
Could it be another Shadow Isles? Its getting pretty close... Yep, this one fits just as well as the Void. And October is only 2 months away. So, if we get this hint, wait until next week to get a better hint, wait until the next week to get a reveal, wait until the next week to use the champ on PBE, wait 2 weeks for release... its then October already.
Or it could be another Demacian. Our last one 
could use a fellow buddy.
Or is it again from Zaun? It seems likely.

It could be yet another champion with no home. (Or even comes from Bildgewater.)
So... could it even come from Ionia (cough cough, Ao Shin). Who knows?
