@Riot Refund Improvements

So I found out today that you get only 3 refunds per account for all eternity. Why is this? People spend a lot of money on this game and I see it as poor business practice to not offer refunds. So I have some suggestions for alternative refund systems:

  • Give a refund credit for every $5 spent OR
  • Allow any purchase to be refunded within maybe 48 hours OR
  • Generate a refund credit each month.
  • Additionally Boosts would become non refundable if you complete/enter a match.

If anyone else has ideas please share them.

EA won't refund content I bought four years ago, bullshit right? Oh wait... what software companies actually offer refunds? Riot... gives you three... which are three more than most software companies.
