If you hate playing against a champion, at least try them out.

You'll do a lot better against them once you're familiar with there play style and weakness's (For example most of the Zed hate comes from people who've never played him)

I think Anivia is bullshit, I think she is the most unfun, and unfair champion to play against, its a giant point and click nuke that can hit you for almost 300 at lvl 5. But thats my perspective from never actually trying out Anivia, once I got a few games in, a feel for the mechanics, you really learn to understand, how to beat them, and how they work in certain situations.
