Riot why not give Devil Teemo a voice modification, similar to Demon Vi's?

It just fits more, while Demon Vi's voice mod wasn't that great I think it was good enough that it could be fit on devil teemo to give it more of a "spooky" sound. It's creepy and all till you hear the voice and it kinda ruins the skin
