Another random question.
So, insomnia. I have anxiety and depression like you wouldn't believe, so I have insomnia like you wouldn't believe. I fall asleep at 4-5 in the morning (usually), wake up at noonish.
Last few days though, I haven't been able to sleep much at all. Went one day sleeping maybe half an hour, then 13 hours the next day, and last night I slept maybe an hour.
Thing is, sleep actually scares me. I think it's just losing consciousness and awareness that bothers me, and I'm always afraid I won't wake up. Though I have very little issue taking a nap during the day if I wasn't able to sleep the night before (though it's still a struggle to make my brain shut up), or if people are around me (like, say I'm in the family motorhome on a camping trip, I'll sleep on the drive).
I don't know that anyone can really help, but any ideas on how to sleep better at night, and have a real sleep schedule?
