Jungling

This is what happens when a jungler helps his team by doing mostly ganks and scaring back top, mid, and bot laners.

I don't care what excuses you give, I've jungled plenty and seen that if I focus helping, then we win more. If I focus killing unnecessary monster, lose health, lose mana (unless manaless), and lane might be taken by the time jungler reaches lane...
